How/When can I make a reservation for arrival before April 23, 2018?
The hotel is open for business on March 26, 2018, however, we will not begin taking reservations for arrival dates of March 26-April 22, 2018 until closer to our opening day. Unfortunately, we cannot override this or know when earlier stay dates will be available. Follow us on social media to find out when your requested date will be available.
I tried to make a reservation arriving after April 23, 2018 but it was unavailable. What can I do?
If you have attempted to make a reservation for arrival after April 23, 2018 but the day is unavailable, it may be there is a minimum length of stay requirement for that day because it is high demand or the available inventory is sold out. Visit www.hotelzachary.com to check your dates frequently to see if there have been any changes in restrictions or any cancellations.
I made a reservation for Hotel Zachary, but now my travel plans have been changed and I need to amend the stay but the dates I need are not available. What should I do?
Amendments to reservations are limited to what availability is seen online. If the revised stay dates conflict with a minimum length of stay requirement, for instance, the modification will not be possible.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Assisted valet parking is available at the hotel. Parking entrance is located off of Addison Street, just west of Clark Street. Overnight parking is $65/night. Please be advised, the 44th Ward of Chicago has the authority to alter and limit traffic patterns in the area on game and event days. This is beyond the control of Hotel Zachary. The hotel strongly recommends using ride share or public transportation whenever possible.

I’d like to host my wedding at Hotel Zachary. Who can I contact?
Hotel Zachary offers the Alma Room — an intimate, stylish space that’s ideal for small private parties and special gatherings. The Alma room is about 1,000 square feet and can hold around 40-50 guests. We are happy to recommend the American Airlines Conference Center, located across the Park at Wrigley from the hotel.
